It doesn't require much to do a Pilates workout at home.  If you have a mat a quiet place and a little motivation You can get a full body work out in the comfort of your own home.  Core2Health offers several workout at home opportunities.  There are online live classes weekly, online self-paced courses, virtual private lessons and individual exercise descriptions to help you perfect your technique.

Pilates Equipment for Home

You don't need a full reformer at home to get a good Pilates workout.  A nice thick comfortable mat, small Pilates ball, large ball, some bands, and a Pilates bar you can do everything you need to do.  Core2Health offers prop classes and review of our favorite products.  Props are not necessary for a Pilates workout, but they can intensify your workout and help with form.
